PineHill Rotary Club has extended the Dare program to include kinder garden through 4th. grade. We are funding the extension. We have found that children between the ages of kinder garden through 4th grade, have been exposed to drinking ,narcotics & smoking. There exposure to these generally come from their homes. We felt that should be told of the dangers of these substances.
